Five Steps To An Alzheimer Cure?

Five Steps To An Alzheimer Cure?

I – and no one else – can claim to know of an Alzheimer cure. But when you find out that such simple, inexpensive remedies as using baking soda for colds actually work for many people, you can’t help but wonder why there can’t be a natural and simple Alzheimer’s disease treatment.

Actually, there is strong evidence that certain nutrients and lifestyle choices can greatly reduce one’s risk of developing Alzheimer’s – even if it’s in your genes. So, why couldn’t those same changes and choices help someone who already has symptoms?

Some people say from experience: They can.

The following protocol is based on a mix of the studies of the habits of the longest-lived people in the world, research results, and common sense. It is not guaranteed to either prevent or effectively treat the disease, but since Alzheimer cures are as yet non-existent it provides a good starting point.

Steps for treating Alzheimer’s Disease

1. Cut out all processed food.

It is not only lacking in nutrients vital for brain function, but also much of it contains chemicals that disturb brain chemistry.

2. Add coconut oil to the diet.

Coconut oil is a healthy form of saturated fat with some anti-Alzheimer’s anecdotal evidence behind it. For example, some have given several tablespoons of coconut oil per day to the patient they were caring for, and actually saw a regression in the symptoms. This is largely due to the fact that saturated fat is essential for proper brain function.

3. Perform a heavy metal detox.

This brain disease is sometimes caused by exposure to aluminum, and probably other heavy metals and toxins as well. Getting the aluminum out of the system may slow down the progression of the disease. And, of course, then stop cooking with aluminum.

4. Take specific supplements.

Vitamin E is strongly correlated with the prevention of Alzheimer’s because of its antioxidant effects. Find a supplement that does not contain dl-tocopherols.

Take a supplement, such as cod liver oil, that is high in omega-3’s. Or, consume wild-caught salmon twice a week.

Take a B-complex supplement. They not only generally improve brain function and mood, but also reduce homocysteine, which damages neurons.

5. Use essential oils two to three times daily.

Essential oils pass through the blood-brain barrier, and thus can have powerful healing effects for any kind of mental challenge. Frankincense, helichrysum and lavender are powerhouses in this arena.

An Alzheimer’s cure is as yet unknown, but taking the above steps may result in noticeable positive effects within just a few months. (Just remember: RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.)
